WHO

I coach changemakers - individuals and teams with a leadership orientation who promote positive change in the world. Changemakers work for the greater good, and recognize that all deep change starts from within. They are sometimes "leaders" by role and job title, and they are also people who lead through personal action, beyond the context of work.

WHY

I believe that each of us is whole, resourceful, and creative; however, this does not keep us from experiencing times where we lack confidence, clarity, or insight. We get stuck. Or exhausted. We lose our grounding, sense of empowerment, or ability to take clear-sighted action. And what we want is to reclaim aliveness. Joy. Motivation. Connection. Curiosity. Efficacy.

WHAT

  • Developing your ability to create the life that is most fulfilling for you through increased self-awareness

  • Increasing your capacity to serve others from a place of centered leadership

  • A whole-person approach, encompassing your intellect, emotions, and body

  • A whole-life approach, not compartmentalized to professional or personal

  • Conversations that focus on the present and look forward

HOW

Individual Coaching - I meet with clients in person, virtually, or by phone, generally meeting once every two weeks for about an hour and offering support via email, text, and short conversations as needed between sessions. We can take two approaches:

  1. I offer short-term coaching (generally 2 or 3 sessions) which are not anchored by a full coaching plan. If you seek a thought partner for a brief period to work through a specific question, this is a good option.

  2. Far more typical is to work together for a period of 4-6 months, grounded by a coaching plan I draft after our first full session and which you and I then finalize together. This approach to coaching is developmental, with a goal of helping you self-generate and self-correct over time.

Leadership Coaching - I am certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile, a 360° assessment tool that integrates all aspects of leadership development. It is used across the globe and is widely respected, with a reputation built on a solid research base and a vast database of comparative metrics. I highly recommend this tool for individuals or teams as a starting point for our work together.

Team Coaching - I work with leaders to understand the needs of a team or organization. Then, based on the goals, I support leaders with behind-the-scenes planning that they carry out, or I come in person to facilitate meetings, work sessions, or conversations, working in partnership.
