Cyndi Gueswel

Cyndi has been helping leaders, leadership teams, and organizations achieve ambitious goals for decades. Her clients are changemakers—visionaries and leaders of organizational and civic work oriented toward the greater good. Cyndi listens deeply so that she can reflect back the genius, strengths, and blindspots of individuals and teams, helping them move forward with purpose and inspiration.

Drawing on a variety of frameworks and tools, Cyndi helps people and organizations navigate complex change with wider perspective, more graceful collaboration, and greater joy.

Cyndi brings extensive knowledge of human development and systems change to her work. She is a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher and uses this framework to increase self-awareness and compassion in individuals and teams—foundational tools for collaboration and mission-driven work.

Before launching her career as a coach, Cyndi served as a senior executive at the national nonprofit, EL Education. There, she led the organization’s approach to professional learning in schools, as well as the training and development of its staff.
